Consumer’s rights and obligations of beach renters /concessionaires

With regard to a high interest in the condition of beaches during summer time , the Ministry of regional development and public works is publishing consumer’s of such service rights  and obligations of beach renters / concessionaire. 


CONSUMER’S RIGHTS  
1.Unrestricted and free of charge access to the sea coast.
2. Right of carrying one own beach accessories – use no more then 50% of the usable beach surface.
3. Right of medical assistance
4. Make sure disable people can easy move to the beach
5. Right to use toilets, changing rooms, showers

OBLIGATIONS OF BEACH RENTERS /CONCESSIONAIRES  
1. Not to collect entrance fee and others taxes
2. To install notice boards and schemes in particular areas, mention concession terms and prices of offered services
3. To secure aquatic area.
4. To do sanitary and hygienic maintenance.
5.Not to allow illegal construction works.
