Deputy Minister Zaharieva is participating in a conference for investments and real estate

The Deputy Minister of Regional development and Public works Ekaterina Zaharieva will present the housing policy priorities for Bulgaria at the conference for investments and the real estate market- BalREc. The event will take place in Sheraton Sofia Hotel Balkan, 11 May 2011, at 10.50 am.
The Forum is part of the Real estate week in Sofia and starts at 9.00 o’clock am.
During the meeting, experts from the field of the investment projects in Bulgaria, investors, banks, consultants, construction companies and architects will discuss and analyze the trends in the separate estate market segments- office, trade, housing and holiday ones. The economy climate as a factor will also be discussed, as a factor for the development of projects, the resulting problems that the investors face, as well as good practices and models for sales’ stimulation.
Meanwhile, a start will also be given to the exhibition for residential estates BalPEx.
