The Ministry of Regional development and tourism of Romania, in its capacity of Joint Managing Authority on Joint Operational Programme “Black Sea Basin 2007-2013”, and the Ministry of Regional development and Public works of Bulgaria, in its capacity of National Authority, are organizing an info day for the preparation of project proposals for the second invitation of the programme. The event will be held on 7th June in Mirage Hotel, in Bourgas.

The Information Day is intended for representatives of central, local and regional public authorities, public legal organizations, associations, which consist of one or more central, regional or local authorities or one or more public private organizations, other non-profit organizations, Euro Regions, European Groupings for Territorial Cooperation.
The seminar aims to increase the capacity of potential Bulgarian beneficiaries with the preparation of project proposals for JOP “Black Sea Basin 2007 – 2013”.
