‘The improvement of the business climate is a government’s priority’, said the Minister of Regional Development and Public Works on the opening of the Bulgarian Economic forum 2014. Pavlova emphasized the stable political situation, the communication and the quality reform to be major requirements to develop the business in Bulgaria. ‘The government makes all efforts to support the working enterprises and structures, we have a vision in a long term as well’, said the Minister. The Minister of Regional Development and Public Works pointed the rapid restoration of the suspended European funds to be a government’s priority. ‘Our ambition is to unblock sooner the European funds so as they could reach the business as fast as possible’, declared Pavlova. Another important goal is the country sooner to begin to utilize the funds from the new operational programs for the period 2014 – 2020. "Though the European funds are complementary to investment and budget, they are very important fresh resources that contribute to the development of business and stimulate the economy of the state," said Pavlova.
