Minister Plevneliev and the Head of the World Bank group Robert Zoellick are visiting the section between Varna-Dobrich

On 9th August 2010, Monday, between 5 and 5.30 pm, the Minister of Regional Development and Public Works Rosen Plevneliev and the Head of the World Bank group Robert Zoellick are visiting the section between Varna-Dobrich. The site is under the project Rehabilitation of the Road infrastructure and is co-financed by the World Bank. The segment, whose repairs are estimated on 5.5 million leva, is part of the project LOT 3.

The purchase of devices for the Central Institute of Тravel technologies, National and European norms and standards is funded by the loan. Two of them will be demonstrated at the site during the site visit.
Robert Zoellick’s visit in Bulgaria is part of his tour in Bulgaria, Moldova and Latvia in the period of August 9-13 this year, during which he along with government leaders and business representatives will discuss the development and impact issues of the Global Economic Crisis.
