Minister Plevneliev has never violated the Law on prevention of conflicts of interests

Herewith, on the behalf of the Ministry of Regional development and Public work we would like to inform you about the faulty information, given by the Member of Parliament Yane Yanev via the press. It claims that six other ministers, including Rosen Plevneliev, violated the Law on prevention of conflicts of interests. Rosen Plevneliev has never violated the Law on prevention of conflicts of interests. As article 13 paragraph 2 stipulates, immediately after entering on his duties as Minister of Regional development and Public work he took the right measures .He immediately gave up his shares and was no longer a member of trade society of any kind. This happened in one month term. The authenticity of this information is apparent and it can be checked in the public trade register.
