Minister Plevneliev is opening the first stage of Mall Ruse

The Minister of Regional Development and Public Works Rosen Plevneliev is opening the first stage of the Mall of Ruse. The event will be held on 20 December 2010, on Monday, at 19.00 o’clock in Ruse.
The Mall of Ruse is the biggest trade and entertainment center at the region. The centre is situated on 40 000 m², divided into 3 levels. The value of the site is estimated on 90 million euro.
Carrefour and Cinema City will be opened for customers at the first opening stage.  After the closing of the old cinema, Ruse was without one until now. Mall Ruse will welcome the citizens with one of the most modern cinemas in the country.
