Minister Plevneliev will participate in the conference “Management and development of the strategic infrastructure”

On 30 March 2010, on Tuesday, the Minister of Regional Development and Public works Rosen Plevneliev will participate in the annual conference "Management and development of strategic infrastructure” in Sheraton Balkan Hotel, Sofia. He will present the priorities in the development of the strategic infrastructure in Bulgaria in front of the participants.

The Deputy Minister of Regional Development and Public works Ekaterina Zaharieva will attend the second panel of the conference. The theme of her speech will be "Policy devices as a basis for infrastructure projects”.

Deputy Minister of Zaharieva will participate in the second day of the conference program - March 31, Wednesday, where Deputy Minister George Pregyov will represent the future of water utilities and investments in the water infrastructure sector.

The same day, Deputy Minister Pregyov will participate in the panel "Highways and first class roads “, named " 2010 - Year of the highways”. During the discussion tenders will be discussed, as well as realization of contracts and project management in the implementation of transport projects.

The project selection topics, tendering, financing and the launch of road projects under the Operational Programme "Regional Development" 2007-2013 will be discussed along with Deputy Minister Liliyana Pavlova and the participants in the panel called "The municipalities and infrastructure projects”, scheduled to be held on 31 March, Wednesday.
