Minister Terzieva presides the Third meeting of the Council for decentralization

The third meeting of the Council for Decentralization took place under the chairmanship of the Minister of Regional Development Desislava Terzieva with the participation of representatives of the Ministry of Finance and the National Association of Municipalities in the Republic of Bulgaria.
The Council adopted the report from the Second Procedure held for awarding of Etiquette for innovations and good local government. A decision has been also taken to update the composition of the Commission which awards the prize, in connection with the renewal of its accreditation by the Council of Europe for the period 2015-2018.
A preliminary draft of the analysis of the territorial distribution of the personal income tax (PIT) was presented, as well as the developed options for determining the local PIT.
