The Recovery and Resilience Facility is part of the "Next Generation EU" instrument (2021–2024) within the Recovery and Resilience Plan (RRP).

The main objective of the RRP is to support economic and social recovery from the crisis caused by the COVID-19 pandemic. To achieve this goal, a set of measures and reforms has been developed to make a substantial contribution to restoring the economy’s growth potential and to further develop it by ensuring resilience to negative external impacts. In the long term, this will enable the achievement of the strategic goal of economic and income convergence with the EU average. At the same time, the RRP lays the foundations for the green and digital transformation of the economy.

This section provides information on the different procedures, their objectives, opportunities for application, concluded contracts and progress in implementation, guidelines, documents, and more. Detailed information is also available on how to report irregularities under the RRP, if necessary.
