The Directorate for National Construction Supervision inspected 136 firms, practicing construction supervision

The Directorate for National Construction Supervision conducted two hundred and fifty checks for the second quarter of 2011, whether persons engaged in construction supervision are performing their obligations.
One hundred and thirty-six legal entities and sole traders involved in performing assessment and compliance of investment projects and / or site supervision had been checked.
Also, constructions from first to fourth category had been checked throughout the country, including 36 residential buildings, 44 public buildings, 28 industrial buildings, 122 constructions of technical infrastructure, as well as 9 telecom and 11 hydro-technical facilities.
As a result, penalty orders had been issues to six legal entities – consultants.
NCSD performed the checks due to an order, issued by the Minister of Regional Development and Public Works for enhanced control of persons, engaged in construction supervision.
