The Ministry of Regional Development and Public Works Hosts New Round of Talks between Minister Valentin Tserovski and Representatives of Companies Applying for Participation in the Bourgas Alexandroupoli Project

Today the Ministry of Regional Development and Public Works hosted a new round of talks between Minister Valentin Tserovski and representatives of the companies applying for participation in the Bourgas Alexandroupolis project. A joint-stock company, Trans-Balkan Oil Pipeline Bulgaria will be established pursuant to Council of Minsters’ Order No. 3 of 4 March 2003. All representatives received a written call to proposal with detailed description of the action involved in the establishment of the joint-stock company, and a draft Articles of Association.The next meeting with the representatives of the companies interested in participating in the project, will be held at the Ministry of Regional Development and Public Works on Friday, 14 March, 15 hours.
