Three are the official caretaker Deputy Ministers in the Ministry of Regional Development and Public Works

Valentina Varbeva has held various positions in the Ministry of Regional Development and Public Works, RIA, Ministry of Finance and the Railways. She has experience in the project management and contracts for performances in the construction, organization and management of procedures for the setting of public procurement, auditing of the systems for the management of EU funds, risk assessment and analysis of business processes. She has worked on a number of international projects. She graduated "Quantum Electronics" at the Physics Faculty of Sofia.

Violeta Komitova is an associate professor at the University of Architecture, civil engineering and Geodesy - Sofia and has 25 years of experience within the educational system. She is the author of architectural projects, numerous scientific publications and she has also participated in several research projects in the field of urbanism, urban planning, industrial zones, industrial architecture etc.

In the period of August 2006 - November 2008 Lyuben Dichev has worked for the Council of Ministers, followed by an expert position in a state agency and the private sector. He has a master's degree in National and International Security at the New Bulgarian University and a bachelor's degree in "Business Management" in the University of National and World Economy.
