The procedure for a public procurement for the selection of media shop is terminated

The Head of the Managing Body of OP “Regional Development” Denitsa Nikolova has reached to a decision to terminate the public procurement procedure named “Choice of media shop, aiming at providing accessibility, publicity and transparency of OP Regional Development 2007-2013, through high circulation media”.

The termination of the procedure is due to technical error in the announcement, having to do with the execution of the procurement. It was appointed that it has to be executed in 20 months, where in reality, it has to be 34 months. The established inaccuracy can not be corrected via elucidation in the interest documentation without changing the terms, which had already been announced in the procedure, finally leading to its termination.
