The Regional Development and Public Works Minister Valentin Cerovski will open the Ninth Scientific-Practical Conference: Technologies and Governance of the Water Quality in Bulgaria and the Sixth Seminar: The Private Sector Entering Water & Sewerage Utility Services. The two activities are organized by the Bulgarian Water Quality Association, together with the Ministry of Regional Development and Public Works, the Ministry of Environment and Waters, Sofia Municipality and the University of Architecture, Construction and Geodesy. One of the participants in the Seminar will be Plamen Nikiforov, Director of Water & Sewerage Directorate in the MRDPW who will deliver a lecture: Opportunities for Private Sector Entering in accordance with the Strategy for Water & Sewerage Governance and Development. The official opening of the two forums is on 18 February 2004, Wednesday, in Conference Hall 8 in the National Palace of Culture at 9.30 a.m. PR & International Relations Directorate
