DNCS handed over to ICGB AD the operating permit for the Greece-Bulgaria Gas Interconnector

In the presence of the Minister of Regional Development and Public Works architect Ivan Shishkov, the head of the Directorate for National Construction Supervision (DNCS) architect Delyana Panayotova officially handed over to a representative of the independent transmission operator ICGB AD a permit for the use of the Greece-Bulgaria Interconnector. Last week architect Panayotova signed the order for the establishment of the State Acceptance Commission for the first stage of the project. In a very short time the committee managed to check a huge amount of documentation, strictly complying with the requirements of the Spatial Planning Act, as well as to inspect the construction thoroughly.

On Tuesday, commission members signed Act 16 without objection, which is required for the final document, the Use Permit. So the site now has all the necessary documents to be operational on October 1.
