A Project of a Law for Development and Physical Planning Of the Bulgarian Black Sea Coastline Has Been Worked

The Ministry of regional development and public works has worked out a new project of a Law for development and physical planning of the Bulgarian Black sea coastline. The Law aims to create conditions for integrated sustainable development of the coastline zones as well as for entire physical planning and protection of the territory. The normative act will regulate the free public access to the seacoast, its rational use, preservation and protection of its nature resources. The project offers a package of measures related to the prevention and diminishing of pollution of the territory and aquatory, protection of the seacoast from erosion, abrasion and landslide processes and restoration and protection of the natural land structure and historic and cultural heritage.
