An international conference: Energy Efficiency in Construction will be held at the Princess Hotel – Sofia on 26 and 27 February 2004. Co-organizers of the forum are the Ministry of Regional Development and Public Works /MRDPW/ and the Energy Efficiency Agency of the Ministry of Energy and Energy Resources jointly with the company Via Expo. Regional Development and Public Works Deputy Minister Mr. Savin Kovachev will deliver a welcoming speech at the official opening of the conference on 26 February, Thursday, at 9.30 a.m. At the forum MRDPW experts will give a lecture: Current State and Trends of Regulatory Provision Development with Observance of the Basic Requirement for Constructions, Heat Energy Saving and Heat Insulation of the Building. A special guest of the conference by invitation of the MRDPW is Mr. Hans-Dieter Hegner, Director in the Federal Ministry of Transport, Construction and Housing Policy in the FR of Germany.
