Deputy Minister Paunova Opened a Round Table for Absorption of the Resources from the EU Structure and Cohesion Funds

A round table for the partnerships and the absorption of the resources from the Structure funds and the EU Cohesion fund for regional development opened today deputy minister Milena Paunova. The activity has been organized by UNDP and MRDPW. During the discussion about the policies and the practices for working with the two most effective EU funds for regional and local development was introduced the experience of Ireland, Portuguese, Poland and the Czech Republic and the Bulgarian perspectives. Deputy minister Paunova underlined that at the moment especially important is the fulfillment of the undertaken engagements and the consolidation of the administrative and program capacity on national, regional and local level for successful participation in the EU structure funds.
