DNCS Checked 124 Surveillance Companies

Checks of 124 surveillance companies has made the Directorate For National Construction And Supervision (DNCS) in the third trimester of 2005. The inspections are executing an order of the minister of regional development and public works for tighter control over persons performing construction supervision. 334 construction sites from first to fourth category have been checked on the territory of the whole country. Offences of 10 surveillance firms have been established during the check. The imposed fines for offences of the Law of the Spatial Planning (LSP) are in accordance with the Law for the administrative offences and sanctions (LAOS) and are applied to physical persons employed in the firms. Protocols have been written for ET P. Latunov – Nessebar, STROYCONTROL EOOD – Nessebar, SANTA 2004 EOOD –Varna, PER EOOD – Varna, TRAFFICCONSULT BG EOOD. Acts in accordance with the LAOS have been issued to physical persons from the firms INEX CONSULT OOD – Varna and STROYCO EOOD – Varna. Acts have been written and penalty ordinances issued to ET Lony Georgiev – Vidin. Order for ceasing the construction works has been issued to EXPRESSENGINEERING EOOD – Pleven and administrative-penalty procedure against the firm is to be formed. Administrative-penalty procedure for offences is to be formed too against BOIL CONSULT OOD – Velingrad. For offences on LSP and its application acts from the beginning of November 2004 until 30th Sept. 2005 have been issued a total of 41 penalty ordinances with which have been imposed fines on physical persons from 28 surveillance firms.
