Draft of a Law for the conditions and order for licensing and registration of physical and legal bodies performing construction work was introduced

The Ministry of Regional Development and Public Works has sent for concordance a draft of a Law for the conditions and order for licensing and registration of physical and legal bodies performing construction activities. The draft has been developed under the implementation of the Memorandum between MRDPW and the Bulgarian Building and Construction Chamber. The Ministry has demanded statements on the draft from the Chamber of Architects and the Chamber of Engineers in Investment Design.
