Grozdan Karadjov accepted the post Minister of Regional Development and Public Works from Violeta Komitova

The tasks before the Ministry of Regional Development and Public Works and the course of their implementation were discussed by the newly appointed minister Grozdan Karadjov and the former minister arch. Violeta Komitova.

Minister Karadjov accepted the post from his predecessor at a symbolic ceremony at MRDPW today.

The newly appointed regional minister noted the active work of MRDPW under the guidance of Violeta Komitova, within the two mandates of the caretaker government, and asked to be informed about the problems.

The former minister Komitova outlined the main challenges – providing for the winter cleaning, to which 100 mln. lv. were allocated through the budget surplus, the course of Hemus Motorway construction and other infrastructure projects, the hard situation of the water supply and sewerage field due to electricity price, the Ministry’s projects under the National Plan for Recovery and Sustainability, enactment drafts’ work and others.
