Lilyana Pavlova: After 20 years Bulgaria again begins to construct dams for drinking water

Again in Bulgaria after 20 years we start to construct dams for drinking water. Those were the words of the Minister of Regional Development and Public Works Lilyana Pavlova during the official signing of the agreement for construction of Plovdivci dam and the treatment plant for drinking water related to it.

On behalf of the executor the agreement has been signed by Georgi Harizanov.

The project has been financed by a loan agreement between Bulgaria and the World Bank on Project for the development of municipal infrastructure.
