Minister Gagauzov Will Participate in the Ministerial Informal Meeting on Sustainable Communities

The Minister of Regional Development and Public Works Asen Gagauzov will take part in the Informal Meeting of the Ministers of the European Union on Sustainable Communities. The Meeting will take place on December 6 and 7 2005 in Bristol, UK. In the framework of the Forum will be discussed the integrated, balanced approach to creating genuinely sustainable communities across Europe. During the Meeting will be launched consultations on the European Commission staff working paper “Cohesion Policy and cities: the urban contribution to growth and cohesion in the regions”. Two proposals by the UK Presidency: on investing and building skills for sustainable communities will be considered as well. Public Relations and International Activities Directorate
