Minister Pavlova on a visit in Strasburg

The Minister of Regional development and Public works Lilyana Pavlova is on a work-visit in Strasburg today and the day after. She is meeting the Secretary General of the Congress of the local and regional authorities- Andreas Kiefer and the Secretary General of the Council of Europe.   Minister Pavlova is authorized by the Bulgarian Government to sign the Additional Protocol to the European Charter for Local Self-Government. The document broadens the citizens’ rights to take part in regional authorities.
