On 16.03.2004, Tuesday, at 11 o’clock, in Inter Expo Centre in Sofia Minister Cerovski will open the fourth issue of the international specialized exposition Bulgarian Construction Week. The exposition is under the aegis of the Ministry of Regional Development and Public Works. The organizer is Bulgarreklama Agency with the cooperation of ASI – OOD. The Regional Development and Public Works Deputy Minister Savin Kovachev will take part in th press conference at 12 o’clock on the occasion of the forum. Within the programme of the Bulgarian Construction Week on 17. 03.2004, Wednesday, at 10 o’clock in Inter Expo Centre – Congress Centre, Vitosha Hall, a conference will be held on the topic of “Recent Changes in the Territorial Development Act. Changes in the Construction Regulations and Norms. Illegal Construction. Tolerable Constructions”. Lectures at the conference will be the Deputy Minister Savin Kovachev, Mitio Videlov, Director of “Complex Analyses, Expertise and Prognoses” Directorate in the MRDPW and the Head of the National Construction Control Directorate, Ivan Simidchiev.
