The Club “Journalists against corruption” in favour of the MRDPW Construction Law

The Chairman of the Board of the Club “Journalists against corruption” Reneta Nikolova sent to the Minister of Regional Development and Public Works Asen Gagauzov a Declaration in support of the Construction Law. The letter calls for immediate endorsement of the prepared by MRDPW normative act. “We think that a clear law regulation is necessary for one of the most serious and fast developing sectors of the Bulgarian economy as is the construction”, states the declaration. The endorsement of a Construction Law will restrict the grey economy and will have a strong anticorruption effect, is the further position of the declaration. The organization announces itself in support of the efforts of the conscientious and responsible business for clear rules, equity and transparency in the construction field, which will guarantee and protect the public interest.
