The sample taking from “Trakia Motorway” is postponed

The sampling of Trakia Motorway was postponed today, due to adverse weather conditions.

The Deputy Minister of Regional Development and Public Works Georgy Pregyov  informed the present journalists and opposition lawmakers, who came to the building site of Lot 2, that at the discretion of the representatives of the independent laboratory experts from NCSD and the Road Infrastructure Agency they will not  be able to meet the standard, required for the sample taking. The reason for the mentioned above are the bad weather conditions at the site. "Samples should be taken from materials that had been invested in the construction in order to determine their compliance with the investment project and the technical specifications,” explained Deputy Minister Pregyov.

The sample taking was postponed for a few days because "we insist on transparency and quality of materials that must be invested in this building site - to meet what is required under the project,” said Deputy Minister Georgy Pregyov.
