Joint Operational Programme Black Sea Basin 2014-2020 - Area
In “Black Sea Basin” Joint Operational Programme are involved 10 countries of which 8 actively involved with their entire territories or regions at NUTS II level or equivalent.
EU Member States:
Bulgaria – Northeast and Southeast Region
Greece – Central Macedonia, Eastern Macedonia and Thrace
Romania – Southeast Region
EU Candidate countries:
Turkey: TR10 (Istanbul), TR21 (Tekirdağ, Edirne, Kırklareli), TR42 (Kocaeli, Sakarya, Düzce, Bolu, Yalova), TR81 (Zonguldak, Karabuk, Barton), TR82 (Kastamonu, Çankırı, Sinop), TR83 (Samsun, Tokat, Corum, Amasya) and TR90 (Trabzon, Ordu, Giresun, Rize, Artvin, Gumushane)
Partner countries:
Armenia – throughout
Azerbaijan[1] – the whole territory
Georgia – the whole territory
Moldova – the whole territory
Russian federation[2] – Rostov region, Krasnodar region, Adygeya Republic
Ukraine – Odessa, Nikolaev, Kherson, Zoporozhie and Donetsk areas, Crimea and Sevastopol
