The Black Sea Basin ENI CBC programme will contribute to the ENI CBC overall aim to “promote co-operation across the borders between EU Member States and the countries on the European Neighbourhood and Russian Federation”.
The overall objective of the Programme is to contribute to improving the welfare of people in the Black Sea basin regions through sustainable growth and joint environmental protection.
In particular, the Programme will contribute to two of the ENI CBC strategic objectives, namely “Promoting economic and social development in regions” and “Dealing with the common challenges in the environment, public health, safety and security”.
