The Programme is funded by the European Neighbourhood Instrument (ENI), the European Regional Development Fund (ERDF) and the Instrument for Pre-Accession Assistance (IPA II). The total budget of the Programme amounts to EUR 53.9. The Ministry of Regional Development and Public Works of Bulgaria will provide national co-financing (up to 8%) for the Bulgarian partners participating in projects after their approval by the Joint Monitoring Committee and signing a contract for national co-financing.
